Recent News 

April 2008.  Erik Antonson was selected to receive the 2007-2008 Outstanding graduate student award by the UNO College of IS&T. Erik completed his MS Thesis under my advisement. Congrats Erik!

Spring 2008. I am organizing the Multi-agents/Multi-robots reading group this semester. The list of papers presented is here

August 2007. One of my students, Ross Bell, won the prestigious NASA Fall Internship from the NASA Langley Research Center. Congrats Ross!  Ross is a senior majoring in Computer Science and  he worked with me on the MASSES project supported through a NASA-Nebraska-EPSCoR grant. 

July 2007. Erik Antonson successfully defended his Master's Thesis titled "Heuristics for Uninformed Search Algorithms in Unstructured P2P Networks Inspired by Self-Organizing Social Insect Models" under my advisement.
